Lose Weight in 10 Days!

I know you're tired of hearing the same things over and over again, like eating healthy and exercising regularly to drop fat fast. I know what you mean, I tried starvation diets and plenty of exercise, but not yet, and if I did lose some weight, I recovered in a short period of time.

# 1. Show your commitment
Prove to yourself how committed you are to lose weight. Start by creating a daily log to list all the things you want to accomplish, and track your progress on the road. Do not forget to weigh yourself once or twice a week to maintain motivation.
# 2. Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Take 2 tablespoons cider vinegar organic apple at every meal every day. This powerful liquid gently releases the body's fat cells, which allows you to burn fat more efficiently. I usually mix 2 tablespoons with a glass of 12 ounces of water 10 minutes before a meal.
# 3. Exercise burns fat
It is true that walking outdoors with energy is one of the best ways to burn calories each day. Walking without any kind of exercise can literally transform your body, so that is thin and toned, but you must do daily. I walk every morning for an hour. I know it sounds a lot, but it is not. What really is the easiest exercise for most people.
# 4. Eat 4-5 meals a day
Try eating at least 4-5 meals a day. This will dramatically increase your metabolism, but the meals should be small and satisfying.
Try to eat a meal within 45 minutes of walking, because your body is still in its fat-burning mode after walking, and eating dinner about 2 hours before bedtime.
